What we collect
When you send a rental request or a kit brief we receive what you type: name, company, email, phone, dates, gear, location, notes and any insurance certificate you attach. We also collect basic visit data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) through our own analytics and the Meta Pixel.
How we use it
Only to answer your request, prepare your rental agreement and invoice, contact you about your rental, and understand which of our ads and pages are useful. We do not sell your information.
Who else sees it
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) receives visit and request events from the Meta Pixel to measure our ads. Our website host stores requests on our own server. Payment providers process payments when you pay an invoice.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time: email fabian@sevillagroupstudio.com or call +1 305-303-8604. You can limit ad tracking in your browser and in your Facebook ad preferences.
